Christmas Holidays inspire us to be good and help each other.

This year we have a wonderful opportunity to spread joy and hope for the rescued animals at Lucky Hunt shelter.

We invite all children, parents and teachers to get involved in our Lucky Hunt Christmas Cards initiative by creating handmade cards that will help care for and support the dogs at the shelter. For all participants we created private Facebook group, where we'll share creative and inspirational ideas.

The cards should represent the festive spirit of Christmas and New Year, but can also include the theme of rescued animals.

You can draw Santa Claus with a puppy, puppies playing in the snow, or whatever your imagination tells you. Each card will bring not only a festive mood, but also hope for the animals in the shelter.

Try to use standard size for the Christmas cards that will fit in a regular postal envelope: half an A4 sheet of cardboard folded in half works great.

You can use any art materials – crayons, colored pencils, watercolors, applications, glitter and others.

Create freely - choose different techniques, such as painting, collage or prints. Each card is unique when created with love.

All funds donated will be used by the Lucky Hunt Project Foundation to support the care of the animals - food, treatment and improvement of the conditions at the shelter.

  2. Organize your own charity Christmas bazaar at your school or kindergarten. Funds collected from the sale of the cards donate to the Lucky Hunt Foundation. Thus, the children themselves will be part of the charitable cause and will feel the joy of helping.

This initiative is special because it brings together the kindness and empathy of people from different places and ages.

Children create handmade postcards to help the animals. People who want to support the cause buy them, and the cards end up reaching other people, carrying a beautiful and personal message about the Christmas holidays.

Thus, through a simple act of creativity and love, charity spreads - from children to animals, from buyers to receivers, and we all become part of a better and more caring community.
